How long does a consulting project take?
The initial diagnosis and roadmap phase usually runs one to three months, followed by optional quarterly support. The exact timeline depends on how complex your operation is and what you are trying to change.
Do you work with companies outside Madrid and Barcelona?
Yes. We are based in Zaragoza, but we work with SMEs across Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao, Malaga, Murcia, Palma de Mallorca, Alicante, Valladolid and Vigo. Most of the work is remote, with regular video calls.
Can I use Kit Digital to fund the consulting?
